Privacy, in plain words

This is a plain explanation, not a legal document. LotLaunch is a pilot and makes no formal compliance claims.

If you send an enquiry about a car

We store your name, the email or phone you gave, your message and which car it was about. It is visible only to the dealer who listed that car. Other dealers and the public can't see it. We store a one-way hash of your network address for one purpose: limiting spam.

If you are a dealer

Your login email is never shown publicly. Only the business details you choose to publish (name, location, description, WhatsApp, public contact) appear on your showroom. Private lead notes stay private.

Deleting data

Dealers can delete individual leads and listings, or delete their entire account (dealership, listings, leads, photos and login) from Settings. To remove an enquiry you sent, contact the dealer you sent it to.

Messaging

LotLaunch does not send emails or WhatsApp messages on anyone's behalf. WhatsApp buttons just open a chat you send yourself.
